MANAGING DIRECTOR

Patricia B. Felner-Bragano is the Managing Director of Felner Corporation, the family-founded property management company established in 1978 by her late husband, David Felner, and his father. She joined the business in 1983 and became President in 2002, leading the company from a team of three to more than 120 employees through decades of steady growth and changing markets.

Known for her hands-on, people-first approach, Pattie treats every property and client as part of an extended family. In 2022, she proudly passed ownership to her son, Matthew D. Felner, while continuing to oversee daily operations and support the company’s continued success.

Pattie earned her B.S. in Economics from Fairfield University and lives in Trumbull, Connecticut, with her husband and their Portuguese Water Dog, Ralphy. Affectionately known as “Grandma Kuku” to her 9½ grandchildren, she brings the same warmth, humor, and quiet competence to the boardroom as she does to the backyard.
