Nick Bragano is an experienced property management executive with more than a decade of overseeing complex residential and mixed-use portfolios. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned a degree in Economics, Nick developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational strategy—skills that continue to shape his approach to leadership today.

As Vice President of Felner Corporation, Nick plays a pivotal role in the organization’s day-to-day and long-term success. While many focus on front-facing operations, his expertise lies in the critical back-end infrastructure that supports the entire business.

Nick has been deeply involved in modernizing internal workflows and implementing technology solutions that enhance transparency and performance across the company’s portfolio. From overseeing large-scale software transitions and refining accounting practices to streamlining vendor payment systems and improving internal controls, he focuses on bringing structure and clarity to complex operational challenges.
